Managed by Springwell, The Home Delivered Meals Program provides seniors with a nutritious lunch delivered to their door by a friendly driver for up to 5 days per week. The lunch contains at least 1/3 of the daily Recommended Dietary Allowance of nutrients, and a variety of menus are available to meet special dietary needs for a number medical issues. Menus available include regular, diabetic, cardiac, mechanical soft, puree, ground, low lactose, renal, and, in some communities, Kosher and Chinese.
Friends in Service Helping. Must be 65+ AND a Veteran. This volunteer service is run through the Marlborough Senior Center and requires referral from the Veterans agent. Provides rides to appointments in MetroWest and Worcester
